At Nature Kalp we want our guests to have a seamless experience without the worry of being at disadvantage, we bring to you a very flexible cancellation & date change policy
For bookings made less than 45 days prior to check in
For cancellations made atleast 30 days prior to booking: 100% refund or free date change +/- rate difference between dates
For cancellations made atleast 21 days before check in: 75% refund or free date change +/- rate difference between dates
For cancellations made atleast 14 days before check in: 50% refund or date change at 25% cost of booking +/- rate difference between dates
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check in: No refund
In case of State/Nationwide travel restrictions or lockdown : 100% refund

Special Cases
- In case of weddings/celebrations/bulk bookings : entire amount of deposit will be retained, no refunds. However, 50% of the total amount will be allowed to be adjusted for one year from the date of booking. (Dates based on availablity)
- In the event of cancellations after the 5th of the month post payment : the GST paid will be retained and refunds will be extended after deducting GST amount from the refundable amount.
- In the event of payment through credit/debit cards: refunds will be extended after deducting 5% or actual amount of commission paid to bank whichever is higher, from the refundable amount
